Judging & Submission Evenings
2nd Tuesday of the month, commences at 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start. The monthly judging evenings are a regular part of the club schedule and are free to attend.
For information about what to submit, set subject definitions and how to submit your photographs, the rules and definitions are detailed in the Handbook
Varied, please check the Programme. Times and locations may vary but usually commencing at 6.45pm for a 7:00pm start at The Old Court House Gallery. Normally, a cost of $3 will be applicable to attending a club workshop. Some workshops will cost more and details on extra costs will be advertised with the event concerned.
Workshops are typically for members only unless advertised otherwise.
Joining the club
All subscriptions fall due on 1st July each year and must be paid by 1st August OR 1st January each year and paid by 1st February to enable continuing members to remain eligible for entry to the various competitions. A Member may resign from the association by giving a written notice of resignation to the Secretary.

We aim to be a sociable club and as such we like to sign up new members “face to face”
Come along to one of our club nights and have a look at what we do and if you would like to take your photography further then fill out the membership form and your away!
As a new member, you may be wondering, what is the club all about?
Obviously, photography is what it is all about, but what about the nuts and bolts of how the club operates and who are the people in the club?
The first port of call for all members would be where you are now, the club web site where, featured on the front page of the site, is the champion image from the previous month’s competition. This image will change as each months judging is done, and the “Members Gallery” is where the winning entries from each month will be shown.
The “News and Events” section, accessed from the menu above has the detailed information on upcoming events and also the Calendar of Events and Handbook. This post has links to information which includes the photographic topics for each months competition as well as how the images are to be presented. Committee members contact details, membership fees and general information.(in the handbook) and the dates of the planned activities and meetings (in the programme).
This programme gets updated from time to time so it pays to check for changes from time to time.
